We Loved the room was in great condition. View of the Ocean was Wonderful. Parking was no problem. Lori and Dee where so nice and accommodating.

Love this place. Family has stayed here for 60 years. Great location close to everything you need. Friendly staff. Best place to stay in Ormond Beach in my opinion.

The staff were kind and accommodating from start to finish. Sharon and Jackie in particular were an absolute VIBE (if you're reading this ..thank you for being so incredibly kind and patient. I will never forget your hospitality)! We had such a great experience at the Makai. Very thankful for the manager Kristie as well, as she helped get us through the hurricane. The bed was so comfortable, A/C worked well, we had a fully equipped kitchen with dining room table in it which came in handy and saved us more money. . . All around good experience. Easily 5 stars in my book.

I have been enjoying myself staying here because it is right in front of the ocean. Also, the customer service is awesome to me. The front desk have always been friendly with a positive attitude. They will work with you however they can do with no hesitation. I'll be coming back again if I need a room in that area.

Excellent spot right on the beach. Awesome view with a balcony. Friendly staff and nice people. Rooms were clean and has ac. Breakfast was good too. They are pet friendly I think. We will definitely be back
